TERMS OF SERVICE

Odyssey Public Benefit Corporation ("Odyssey," "we," "us," or "our") operates a wellness retreat and mental health support services business based in Bend, Oregon. These Terms of Service govern participation in Odyssey's SMS text messaging program, through which we send appointment reminders and care team communications to clients and prospective clients who have opted in to receive such messages.

2. Description of SMS Program

Odyssey uses SMS text messaging to communicate with individuals who have provided their mobile phone number and consented to receive text messages in connection with Odyssey's wellness retreat and mental health support services. Messages sent through this program include:

  • Appointment reminders — confirmations and reminders for scheduled consultations, intake calls, and retreat or session dates;
  • Care team outreach — check-in messages from Odyssey's care team before and after scheduled services, and follow-up communications to support clients through the intake and post-program process.

This is a transactional and client care messaging program. Odyssey does not send promotional or marketing messages through this program.

3. Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number to Odyssey through any intake form, inquiry form, or scheduling process, and by not opting out at the time of submission, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Odyssey at the number provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of receiving services from Odyssey.

Message frequency varies based on your stage in the intake process and scheduled services. Most clients receive between 2 and 6 messages per program engagement.

4. Opt-Out

You may opt out of Odyssey's SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to that number. To re-enroll, reply START or contact us at info@odysseypbc.com.

5. Help

For assistance with the SMS program, reply HELP to any message or contact Odyssey directly at info@odysseypbc.com or (971) 319-9213.

6. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Odyssey does not charge any additional fees for SMS messages.

7. Supported Carriers

Odyssey's SMS program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed on all MVNOs or prepaid plans.

8. Privacy

Odyssey does not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number to third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected through the SMS opt-in process are used solely to deliver the messages described in Section 2. Odyssey is a wellness retreat and mental health support services company operating as a Public Benefit Corporation in Oregon. We offer individually tailored retreat programs and private wellness sessions designed to support emotional well-being, personal growth, and mental health. Our team includes dedicated care coordinators and experienced facilitators who work closely with each client throughout their program.

Odyssey's services are not medical treatment and do not constitute a clinical mental health service, psychotherapy, or psychiatric care. Our programs are wellness-oriented and are designed to complement, not replace, professional mental health care.
