Odyssey provides managed services to independent mental health and wellness facilitators ("Providers"). Odyssey is not a provider group itself, has no ownership interest in any wellness or service center, does not control the policies or practices of the Providers, and is not responsible for the quality of care provided by the Providers.

If you don't agree with our policies, you are not permitted to use our Site or App. By accessing or using our Site or App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and consent to be bound by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of our Site or App after we make changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

- Health & Wellness Information — medical history, mental health history, current medications, and information shared during intake questionnaires, screening calls, and program sessions
- Communications — recordings and transcripts of calls, including exploration calls, care team check-ins, and program-related conversations (see "Call Recording" section below)
- Program Participation Data — session notes, progress records, and feedback provided during your program, including information shared during preparation, sessions, and integration support

We use information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, improve, and enhance the Site, App, and our services
- Create and service your account
- Manage your transactions and coordinate your services
- Communicate with you, including sending appointment reminders, care team messages, updates, and responses to your questions
- Coordinate care among your assigned care team, including facilitators and support staff
- Review call recordings for quality assurance, safety, and internal training purposes
- Conduct research and analysis
- Administer promotions and user surveys
- Enforce our rights arising from contracts between you and us, including billing and collection
- Comply with legal obligations
- Notify you about changes to our Site, App, or services
- Perform any function needed with your consent

SMS Communications
Odyssey uses SMS text messaging to send appointment reminders and care team communications to clients and prospective clients who have opted in to receive such messages. By checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on any intake form, inquiry form, or scheduling page, you consent to receive SMS messages from Odyssey at the number provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of receiving services from Odyssey.
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us at info@odysseypbc.com.
SMS opt-in data and consent are never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
Call Recording
Odyssey records certain calls made in connection with our programs, including exploration calls, care team check-ins, and program-related conversations. You will be verbally notified at the start of any recorded call. By continuing the call after receiving notice, you consent to the recording.
Recordings and transcripts are used solely for internal purposes, including:
- Quality assurance and program improvement
- Safety review and care coordination
- Training of Odyssey staff and facilitators
- Documentation of care-related conversations
Access is restricted to authorized Odyssey personnel on a need-to-know basis, including your assigned care team. We use the following platforms for call recording and transcription: Zoom, Google Meet, JustCall, Fathom, Fireflies, and Granola. Each platform maintains its own security and data practices; we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
Recordings are retained for 5 years from the end of your program and then securely deleted, unless retention is required by law or for an active safety or legal matter. Recordings are never used for marketing, advertising, or shared with any third party outside your care team without your explicit consent.
Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose your Personal Information for reasons other than those described in this Privacy Policy.
We may disclose your Personal Information to:
- Our parent, subsidiaries, and affiliate companies
- Third-party service providers, contractors, subcontractors, and business associates we use to support our business
- Any company involved in a merger, acquisition, or structural change involving Odyssey
We may also disclose your Personal Information:
- With your consent
- To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it
- To comply with legal obligations or respond to legal process
- To enforce our rights and agreements, including billing and collection

Care Team Sharing. Your Personal Information, including health information and call recordings, may be shared among members of your assigned Odyssey care team — including facilitators, care coordinators, and program support staff — for the purpose of delivering and coordinating your care. This sharing is treated as confidential and limited to individuals with a direct role in your program.
We may also disclose, without restriction, aggregated information that does not identify any individual user.
Accessing and Changing Your Personal Information
You may access, review, and update your Personal Information at any time through our Site or by contacting us. We may be unable to accommodate requests that would violate any law or legal requirement or cause information to be inaccurate.
How We Keep Your Data Secure
Odyssey uses industry-standard data collection, storage, and processing practices to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure of your information. No security method is foolproof, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any Personal Information transmitted to or from our Site or App. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk.
Use of De-Identified Data for Research
We may use de-identified participation data to conduct research aimed at improving treatment outcomes and care quality. De-identified data has all personal identifiers removed before use. This practice protects your privacy while allowing us to contribute to the broader understanding of mental health and wellness.
Use of AI for Charting and Data Management
Odyssey may use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies for charting and data management, including AI-assisted transcription and note-taking. AI may assist our team by organizing, summarizing, and analyzing information to support decision-making. All decisions about your care are made by our team members, who review and confirm any AI-generated content. Data used in conjunction with AI tools is handled with strict confidentiality and in compliance with applicable law.
Links to Other Sites
Our Site and App may contain links to third-party websites not operated by us. Information you provide to those parties is not subject to this Privacy Policy. Please review the privacy policies of any third-party site before providing Personal Information.
Children Under the Age of 21
This Site and App are not intended for persons under the age of 21. Minors are not authorized to use our Site or App or provide any information through them. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a Minor, we will take immediate action to delete it.
